Your Cupcake Party Package at one of our venues
Our hen party and group bookings take place at, The Cosy Club in Bristol or Gascoyne Place in Bath. Our cupcake workshop package at one of our carefully selected venues costs £35 per person with a minimum group size of 8 people.
On arrival you will be welcomed into the warm surroundings of your chosen venue with a glass of bubbly. When everyone has arrived your group will be seated and each provided with a pretty apron to wear ready to begin making your cupcake decorations. You will be guided through the class design with demonstrations given each step of the way. Think pretty flowers, hand made roses, butterflies...
Mid class you will take a short break for you all to enjoy a cup of tea, coffee and complimentary cupcake courtesy of The Custom Cake Shop. Feeling refreshed you will then take back to your seats to complete your cupcake designs, each using a piping bag to pipe beautiful butter cream swirls and adorn with your handmade decorations.
The class will last approximately 2 hours and will include:
- A complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival
- 6 freshly baked vanilla cupcakes to decorate per person
- A short break mid class for complimentary light refreshments such as tea, coffee and an extra cupcake to enjoy!
- All ingredients and equipment are supplied for use during the class including aprons
- You will learn a variety of piping techniques and how to make small delicate decorations
- A pretty presentation box will be provided for each of you to take your cupcakes away safely
- We will take photographs throughout to capture the special memories of your day (available to download after the event)
Cupcake workshops at The Cosy Club and Gascoyne Place can take place morning or afternoon, 7 days a week. If a venue is not available on the date you require or if your numbers exceed the maximum group size, other venue options are available in both Bristol and Bath. Please ask for further details.

Our Bristol cupcake workshops take place at the cool and trendy Cosy Club on Corn Street. Conveniently situated in the heart of Bristol’s historic city centre, the Cosy Club is located in a majestic former banking hall with marble flooring and an awe inspiring domed roof this building simply oozes grandeur. Our cupcake events at the Cosy Club are either held on a private mezzanine area on the restaurant or for smaller groups in the private Peacock Room. Want to know more, click here.
Gascoyne Place in Bath
We are delighted to have teamed up with the stylish and cool Gascoyne Place in Bath to offer an extra special package for your special event. Bathed in history, Gascoyne Place is conveniently situated within Bath City Centre making it the ideal location for Hen Parties visiting this historic city. Our cupcake events at Gascoyne Place are held in the elegant Georgian first floor dining rooms that look out directly onto Sawclose square and Bath’s historic Theatre Royal. Cupcake Party Package at your chosen venue
Our hen party and group bookings package at your chosen location costs £30 per person with a minimum group size of 8 people.
We can bring the cupcake decorating workshop to your home, office or party venue. We have travelled all over the south west hosting hen party cupcake classes at numerous cottages and holiday homes.
We provide all of the ingredients and equipment including tablecloths, aprons and cake cutters for the duration of the party. All we require from you is a big enough table to work on for your party size requirements, although we can also bring along a pop up table if need be, as long as there is room to pop it up!
We arrive in plenty of time to set up the work space ready for the cupcake class. We take pride in arranging the cupcake decorating table to look immaculate which will impress your guests on arrival.
Your group will be guided through the class design with demonstrations given each step of the way. You will be taught how to colour sugar paste, make a selection of pretty decorations including hand made roses and learn how to pipe soft butter cream swirls.
Once the class has finished we will then completely clear the area of any mess that may have been caused leaving you free to enjoy the rest of your day. You won’t know we were ever there!

Times, dates and numbers are flexible with this package. Please note, a mileage charge may be applicable.
How to book
To make a booking we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, with final numbers and the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the event date. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, so we always recommend that you make sure everyone can make the class date before making the booking. If you are unsure of your final party numbers but are keen to secure the date, we recommend booking for our minimum group size of 8 and adding any extra guests at a later date.
When you fill out one of our booking forms you will receive an email which is an acknowledgement that we have received your booking request. Once we have verified that everything requested is possible (Date, venue, numbers etc) we will send an email confirming the event and requesting your deposit.
