Whether you are after a fun hen party activity, a glamorous girly day out with your friends, a corporate team building event or an extra special birthday treat, a private cupcake decorating class is a wonderful and unique way to spend an afternoon. Whatever the occasion, we can customise the class style, pace and content to suit your group. A hen party cupcake decorating class can be a wonderful unique alternative to the usual hen activities, or a fun and relaxed warm up to a busy evening ahead.
Cupcake Party Package at your chosen venue
Our hen party and group bookings package held at your chosen location costs £40 per person with a minimum group size of 8 people.
We can bring the cupcake decorating workshop to your home, holiday hire, office or party venue. We have travelled all over the south west hosting hen party cupcake classes at numerous cottages and holiday homes.
We provide all of the ingredients and equipment including tablecloths, aprons and cake cutters for the duration of the party. All we require from you is a big enough table to work on for your party size requirements, although we can also bring along a pop up table if need be, as long as there is room to pop it up!
We arrive in plenty of time to set up the work space ready for the cupcake class. We take pride in arranging the cupcake decorating table to look immaculate which will impress your guests on arrival.
Your group will be guided through the class design with demonstrations given each step of the way. You will be taught how to colour sugar paste, make a selection of pretty decorations including hand made roses and learn how to pipe soft butter cream swirls.
Once the class has finished we will then completely clear the area of any mess that may have been caused leaving you free to enjoy the rest of your day. You won’t know we were ever there!

The class will last approximately 2 hours and will include:
6 freshly baked vanilla cupcakes to decorate per person
All ingredients and equipment are supplied for use during the class including aprons and tablecloths
You will learn a variety of piping techniques and how to make small delicate decorations
A pretty presentation box will be provided for each of you to take your cupcakes away safely
We will take a few photographs throughout to capture the special memories of your day
Times, dates and numbers are flexible with this package. Please note, a mileage charge may be applicable.
How to book
To make a booking we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, with final numbers and the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the event date. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, so we always recommend that you make sure everyone can make the class date before making the booking. If you are unsure of your final party numbers but are keen to secure the date, we recommend booking for our minimum group size of 8 and adding any extra guests at a later date.
When you fill out one of our booking forms you will receive an email which is an acknowledgement that we have received your booking request. Once we have verified that everything requested is possible (Date, venue, numbers etc) we will send an email confirming the event and requesting your deposit.
